1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States..

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (USA & Canada)

Avicen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • USA Shipping: Under current 2026 regulations, orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free, but may still be subject to processing fees.
  • Canada Shipping: Shipments from the US may be subject to GST/HST and duties upon entry. 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damages & Lost Packages

Avicen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
