Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, the security seal is broken, or the original packaging is damaged.
Items that cannot be returned include:
  • Opened/used merchandise.
  • Items without original, sealed packaging.
Return Process
  1. Email us with your order number to request a return.
  2. If approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
